Registration In order to carry out the first purchase, it is necessary to register as a new customer. After filling the Registration Form you will receive a separate e-mail with login instructions. This procedure has the exclusive aim of rendering easier present and future ordering processes; entered data will be treated as fully confidential and not employed in marketing activities nor supplied to third parties. For future purchases, it will suffice to log in using your email and password supplied by the system during registration. Registered customers are also provided with a Serial Number which can be used to install all of the SEISMOGRAPH products. Attention: If you do not receive the confirmation message within a few minutes of signing up, please check your Spam or Bulk E-Mail folder just in case the confirmation email got delivered there instead of your inbox. If so, select the confirmation message and mark it Not Spam, which should allow future messages to get through.
How to purchase online It is necessary to select an item and add it to the shopping cart by pressing "Add to cart". Subsequently, pressing the "Shopping Cart" button, it is possible to verify the items that have been selected. In order to proceed with the purchase, it is necessary to press the "Checkout" button. You will then see the Customer Info Form. It is also necessary to agree with the Terms and Conditions before proceeding. After confirming your data, you will see the summary of your order, which can be confirmed, to proceed for the payment. Attention: You will need Matlab R2015b (or corresponding free mcr version) in order to run seismograph products.
How to pay Online payments can be carried out through the use of a PayPal account, credit or debit card (processed by PayPal credit card payment system). At the end of the process, you will receive an email with the confirmation of your order, as well as a link to download the purchased product.
How to get license A link to the server from where purchased software can be downloaded is supplied to customer’s profile. Upon software acquisition, customers are also provided with a license file, with which the software can be registered. The purchased license can be used on ONE specific computer at the same time. The purchased software can be installed using the provided Serial Number. At the first run, you will be prompted by the license manager’s message. A Request Code will be copied to clipboard and saved to a .txt file. To get the license file, you need to send us this code through the License Request Form. You will receive a separate e-mail with the license file. To run the program, just copy the license file to the installation folder. (See: Installation Guide) Attention: We should remind that you will need to provide internet access for the software in order to validate the license.
